My small business MignonbyAida will ensure all items sold are in the condition as seen in the image and that they are properly packaged.
The business Mignonbyaida cannot be held liable for any damages to products in the shipping process, nor is the company responsible for damages that the buyer may incur upon collection.
The business cannot be held accountable for any adverse effects from misuse of the products, nor liable for any adverse reactions from the parts of the products used. Where an item is said to be hypoallergenic the business has used hypoallergenic materials which have been supplied from a manufacturer which states they are hypoallergenic. However, this does not mean a buyer who may be hypersensitive/susceptible to allergies will have no allergic reaction. Being hypoallergenic states a reduced nickel content, therefore reducing the chance of allergic reactions taking place. Thus the business Mignonbyaida is not liable if any allergic reactions occur.
Returns
We do not accept returns, due to hygiene reasons. If there is an issue with your purchase, you may contact us, using our contact form, or you can email me for a possible refund. We will require evidence of the issue.
